Uniquify company, specializing in the development of SoC and IP-cores DDR controllers, announced the creation of the core LPDDR4 Super Combo, designed for manufacturing 28-nanometer process technology, optimized according to the criterion of energy consumption.

This LPDDR4 DRAM IP-core memory interface supports data transfer rates to 3200 Mbit / s per line. According to the developers, this is the first and only 28-nanometer core of the IP-LPDDR4-3200. The advantages of the new products include DDR3 support, LPDDR3 and LPDDR2. The structure includes a core controller physical layer interface (PHY) and other units providing integration SoC. The core is now available for licensing.
