XDA welcomes with great pleasure the news, and with it also the entire Android community. Through a dedicated web page, the well-known Chinese manufacturer Leeco recently made public a good part of the kernel source code to all its line up of smartphones (and other) sold to date.
Broken down by category, starting from smartphones, we have 7 models with attached kernel code under open source license, among them we find Leeco S3, The Pro 3 The 1s and The Eco 1s (Lollipop and Marshmallow), Leeco The 2 The Max and of course The Max 2 .
The table continues with a list of some TVs kernel, Super4 X55, Super4, Pro X43, and X65 Super4. Finally, Leeco also included kernels for three different versions of its set-top box LeTV Box U4. The appeal should not miss anyone, now you just have to wait for the response from the community, with the first customizations and dedicated ROM.
