On Tuesday (18), Razer announced that the newest member of its line of keyboards gamers will land in Brazil in November. The Ornata Chroma promises to unite the comfort of rubber membranes with the agility of mechanical keyboards.
According to the company, this is the only peripheral in the world to rely on the Razer Mecha-Membrane technology, offering hybrid keys with the best of both worlds: light and soft clicks with command activation of high speed in each key.
Another new Razer Ornata Chroma is a rest detachable wrist, which comes with the product and is magnetically attached to the keyboard and can be removed when needed. The keyboard also has individual backlighting on the keys and can be customized with more than 16.8 million colors and various effects.
The settings can be adjusted by the free software Razer Synapse and shared with millions of other users for the online platform Razer Chroma Workshop. Also, the customization of the lights can be integrated into games like Overwatch, Call of Duty: Black Ops III and Blade and Soul, making the stock the games generate specific effects in the colors of the peripheral. For example, when hit by an enemy, the keyboard is illuminated in red.
The peripheral will begin to be sold in Brazil in November with a suggested retail price of $ 799. An alternate version of the Razer Ornata without Chroma technology and backlight only green will also be sold here next month for $ 699.
