After rumors in recent days, Huawei today unveiled China’s new mid-range smartphone Honor 6X . The device has a similar design to the previous Honor 5X but the Chinese manufacturer has chosen the most advanced hardware, including dual rear camera. The smartphone can be already ordered and will be delivered on 25 October.

Honor is a very important brand for Huawei, as it has allowed us to increase the market share especially in Western countries. Despite the low prices, the Honor smartphone offer excellent features, such as aluminum frame the material usually found in more expensive products. The new Honor 6X confirms it: display 5.5 inches with full HD resolution (1920 × 1080 pixels), Kirin 655 octa-core processor at 2.1 GHz, 3 or 4 GB of RAM and 32/64 GB are its main specific storage (expandable with microSD cards up to 128 GB).

The special feature of the smartphone is dual rear camera with megapixel sensors from 24:02 aim to six lenses, autofocus detection (PDAF) and LED flash. The front camera has a resolution of 8 megapixels instead. Connectivity is provided by WiFi 802.11b / g / n, Bluetooth 4.1 modules, GPS and LTE with dual SIM support (the slot is hybrid). There is also a fingerprint reader.

The battery has a capacity of 3340 mAh. Size and weight are 150.9 × 72.6 × 8.2 mm and 162 grams, respectively. The operating system is Android 6.0 Marshmallow with EMUI 4.1 interface. The prices are 999 yuan (3GB + 32GB), 1,299 yuan (4GB + 32GB) and 1,599 yuan (4GB + 64GB).
