Acer SP513-51-32S1 Spin is a compact convertible notebook tablet designed for portable common use.

It provides autonomy announced 9:00 that we should be able to approach in light use. In any case its transportation is easy thanks to its compact dimensions and its weight up to 2.0 kg.

Point antiglare treatment however. This is due to the multi-touch pad to interact with the system and software by simply affixing at least one finger on the screen, and via pressure / gestures. As can return the screen completely, we find ourselves easily with a tablet in the hands.

The screen also takes advantage of IPS technology: its vertical and horizontal viewing angles are so important and it faithfully reproduces colors than average. The screen also adopts a Full HD resolution 1366×768 and above the ideal standard for displaying High Definition content such as videos because of its 16 / 9th format.

It is obviously possible to watch videos and pictures on this ultraportable, thanks to the graphics Intel HD integrated processor 520. It is however not adapted to the game.

In fact, this Ultrabook delivers correct benefits in everyday multitasking too pushed. Indeed, it is equipped with 4 GB of RAM coupled with a Core i3-6100U processor Skylake low consumption. Keep also in mind that it shows its limits under intensive applications CPU resources, which can cause slowdowns.

As used for storage, Acer offers this hybrid model a dedicated SSD of 256 GB. It is much faster than a hard disk while being more energy efficient, more robust and silent. However, its capacity is less than the standard hard drives.

If the 256GB SSD would be too fair, they can obviously help of an external storage unit. Opt for a USB 3.0 device then is a good option as it benefits from transfers made up to 10 times faster than USB 2.0.

Embedded in this Ultrabook, the connection is good, with 3 USB, 1 USB 3.0 (USB 2.0 compatible) but also Wi-Fi wireless modules ac / g / n and Bluetooth 4.0 for connections and communications distance, an audio and a useful HDMI video output port to easily connect this ultraportable to a monitor or TV for example.

Acer Spin SP513-51-32S1 currently proposed for promote to 599 euros per . It offers a configuration / price ratio interesting for its category on our price comparison where competition is limited and it is one of the only ones to be transformed into tablets.
